We are about to start a Sunday night study of this program so I grabbed a copy and started reading the book. After 80 pages I am still reading I'm not sure I agree with everything that is being said, but much of it I have either been feeling myself or have been convicted and convinced of as I continue to read and study references. We are currently studying this book in Sunday school. I highly recommend it for everyone, and especially if you are gifted or feel led to counsel, mediate, or arbitrate and want some solid Biblical education.

If you have ever been in a conflict with anyone for any reason, then this book is a must read.
